  1. Return Eligibility:

    • We accept returns for items received within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
    • Products must be in their original, unused condition, including all original tags and labels.
  2. Reasons for Return:

    • We offer free return and full refunds for the following reasons:
      • Missing or broken pieces.
      • Broken packaging.
      • Wrong product received.
      • Other problems caused by us.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • We do not accept returns if:
      • Items have been opened and used.
      • Items are directly damaged, broken, or lost by the customer.
      • Customer-made mistakes in ordering (e.g., wrong model, wrong quantity).
  4. Customized Products:

    • Customized products follow different policies:
      • Full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing it.
      • 50% refund if canceled within 24 hours but production has started.
  5. Initiating a Return:

    • If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at services@woodartgift.com to discuss the details of the return before sending the item back.
    • Do not send items back directly without contacting our service personnel, as we will not issue a refund.
  6. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.
  7. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  8. Address Error:

    • In the case of customer address errors, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.
