Your satisfaction is important to us, and to ensure a smooth shopping experience, we kindly request your attention to the following shipping details:
Accuracy Matters: Before finalizing your order, please double-check that all shipping details are 100% accurate. We rely on the information provided during checkout to get your order to you.
Responsibility for Errors: Wood Art Gifts cannot assume responsibility for incorrect or missing shipping information provided at checkout. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds in such cases.
Delivery Responsibility: Wood Art Gifts is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address you specify at checkout. However, once an item is marked as delivered by your local postal service, we are not liable for any loss or theft. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
Changes or Cancellations: If you've made an error with the shipping address or need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at service@woodartgift.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Provide your order number and relevant details. Once we initiate the processing of your order, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.
Holiday Season Note: During peak holiday periods, local postal offices may experience increased shipping times due to high demand. Please anticipate potential delays accordingly.
When will my order ship?
All Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.
Please note: that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Delivery unsuccessful due to insufficient address
We understand that there may be some areas where postal services are unable to deliver packages. In such cases, please feel free to contact us to provide an alternative address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, please note that we will arrange for another delivery once we receive the returned package from the carrier. This process typically takes 3-60 days. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund until we receive the package since this is sent to our 3rd partner warehouse.
